Chop! Chop! Grind! Delicious!


This little bit of wonder has brought my culinary life to a new level. In fact, I’m thinking of referring to 2009 as 200MiniPrepPlusProcessor. Sure, its just one of thousands of food processors. But this model is easy to use, easy to clean and small enough not to take up too much of my prime kitchen real estate.

MPPP is a must for anyone who is looking for ways to eat more fresh, unprocessed food. I make everything from fresh pesto to salsa.

Here is a recipe I came up with last week to dress up my previously boring chicken spinach salad. Enjoy!

Summer Strawberry Vinaigrette

8-12 strawberries

5 tbs XVOO

2 tbs balsamic vinaigrette

1 tsp blue agave nectar

Fresh ground pepper
