
It started with sugar. Then Aspartame. Then Splenda. And I won’t even get started on High Fructose Corn Syrup. So let’s get back to what the earth has to give us.
Blue Agave Nectar!
Blue Agave Nectar has a low glycemic index. That’s real talk for it doesn’t raise your blood sugar. BAN is a great alternative for those with sugar sensitivity or Type II diabetes. Or anyone who luvs sugar but doesn’t care for the havoc it reeks on the body.
Its texture/taste is similar to honey or a light maple syrup. I eat it raw on top of pancakes or to add a little sweet to my plain yogurt. The word plain is in the title people! By definition, it needs help!
