Find the nearest mirror, look yourself dead in the eye and say...
I love you!
We are trained to look in the mirror & search for the flaws. I need a hair cut. Should I be whitening my teeth? Where did this wrinkle come from?
So let this moment be the moment. The moment where you just look into your own beautiful eyes and say, I love you. Your mind will wonder. It will go back to the endless list of all the things you need to improve. Great those those thoughts gently, then let them go. And get right back to I love you.
Say it until you mean it!
